EP15 Series Applications in 3D Printing

• Coupling Agent: The EP15 Series enhances the adhesion between 3D printer build plates and printed parts, especially on desktop FDM machines. By treating the print surface with our epoxy, you improve grip and reduce print failures caused by warping or shifting.

• Penetrative Coating: When applied to porous printed objects, EP15 penetrates and seals the material, increasing durability, improving strength, and giving a longer-lasting, more resilient finish.

• Colouring & Smoothing Coating: EP15 can also be used as a surface treatment to add colour and achieve a smoother, professional finish on 3D models—ideal for aesthetic upgrades or post-processing.

• Epoxy Casting: The EP15 Series is excellent for mold-making and replication. Use a 3D printed part as a master to create silicone molds, then cast EP15 to produce durable, detailed copies. In some cases, molds themselves can be made from EP15 epoxy.

• Printing Material Base: EP15’s formulation is compatible with resin-based 3D printing methods such as SLA and PolyJet. These applications benefit from EP15’s strong mechanical properties, fine detail reproduction, and versatile performance.
