Customer Collection (Local Pickup)

For customers who prefer to purchase or collect their orders in person, we offer a local pickup option from our Brisbane warehouse.

  • Please refer to the Contact page on our website for the collection address and business hours.
  • If you accidentally select local pickup but require shipping, we will invoice you for freight before dispatching your order.
  • Alternatively, you may request a refund instead of shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number from our courier network (via Shippit). You can use this number to track your parcel and follow up with the carrier directly.

Please note that our shipping partners are more likely to respond to inquiries from the recipient rather than us. If you need assistance, refer to the tracking details in your email.


Order Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse and shipped Australia-wide using trusted national couriers, including Australia Post, Couriers Please, Aramex, and TNT Road Express.

  • Orders placed before 10 AM Brisbane time on a business day are usually dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 10 AM will be dispatched the next business day.
  • Couriers collect from our warehouse Monday to Friday (excluding QLD public holidays) at approximately 11 AM Brisbane time.

We prioritize orders based on courier pickup times to maximize the number of shipments we process each day. While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, high-volume periods (e.g., after public holidays) may impact same-day dispatch. Over the past 12 months, 94% of our orders have been dispatched within one business day.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Refunds will not be provided for late deliveries.


Authority to Leave (ATL)

By default, all orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL) unless specified otherwise by the customer at checkout.

This means:

  • If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe location.
  • If no safe location is available, the parcel may be taken to a nearby depot for collection.
  • Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct delivery address and clear delivery instructions.

Resin Shop does not take responsibility for missing parcels if:

  • Clear delivery instructions are not provided.
  • The courier provides Proof of Delivery (POD).

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Free shipping is available for eligible orders that meet minimum order values.
  • Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders over 200kg require a custom freight quote—please contact us directly.

Trade, Wholesale & Education Accounts

Free shipping does not apply to Trade, Education, Wholesale, or Drop Shipping accounts. Freight costs for these orders are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight and delivery location.

Business and trade customers who wish to collect their orders in person instead of paying freight are welcome to arrange a pickup order by contacting our team directly.

  • Pickup is available by prior arrangement only from our Capalaba warehouse.

Freight charges for trade orders are non-refundable once dispatched.


Bulky & Heavy Items

Certain bulky products (e.g., large resin kits, drums, pallets, or skid-based shipments) cannot be delivered to residential addresses. If you are ordering bulky items, please provide a commercial address or specify a local depot that will accept the goods on your behalf.


Shipping to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

Deliveries to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers may incur additional charges, as they limit our carrier options. If extra fees apply, we will contact you before dispatch.


Express Shipping

Express shipping is available where applicable. Please note that heavy orders cannot be sent via Australia Post Express.


Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted:

  • The courier will typically leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or depot collection.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to follow these instructions promptly to avoid return-to-sender charges.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us at info@resinshop.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • If the shipment is deemed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a refund or re-supply the product.
  • If the shipment is not deemed lost, you may place a new order, and we will refund the original purchase if the item is later confirmed as lost or returned.

Resin Shop does not offer refunds or re-delivery if our shipping partners provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
