EpoxyPro EP8510 – High-Strength Concrete Flooring Epoxy 2:1
A durable, solvent-free, two-part epoxy resin system formulated for concrete priming, sealing, and resurfacing in industrial, commercial, and workshop environments. EP8510 delivers strong substrate adhesion, chemical resistance, and long-lasting performance on high-traffic concrete floors.

- Mix Ratio: 2 parts Resin: 1 part Hardener (by volume)
- Mixed Viscosity: Low to medium (~800 cP) – ideal for concrete penetration and easy roll-out
- Adhesion: Excellent bond to dry or damp concrete substrates (after prep)
- Chemical Resistance: Withstands oils, fuels, cleaners, and general industrial exposure
- Abrasion Resistance: Tough surface film suitable for foot and vehicle traffic
- UV Stability: Can be overcoated with UV-stable topcoat if outdoors
- Working Time: ~30 minutes at 23 °C
- Recoat Window: 8–16 hours depending on temperature/humidity
- Cure Time: Light foot traffic in 24 hours; full mechanical strength in 5–7 days
Anti-Slip Additive Options
While EpoxyPro EP8510 does not include built-in texture, it can be used with a range of non-slip additives to improve traction in wet or high-traffic zones.
Suggested non-slip additives include:
- Crushed glass grit
- Aluminium oxide granules
- Silica sand (washed and dried)
- Polypropylene or polymer grit flakes
- Carborundum (silicon carbide) grains
These additives can be broadcast onto a wet basecoat and sealed in with a clear or coloured topcoat or mixed directly into the topcoat resin depending on finish preference.
