EpoxyPro EP2515 is a low-viscosity, high-performance coloured epoxy resin system specifically developed for pipe relining, trenchless rehabilitation and infrastructure restoration. Available in black, white and grey, EP2515 is formulated to deliver reliable performance in demanding plumbing and drainage environments.

Designed with a dependable 2:1 mix ratio, a viscosity of approximately 807 cP, and a controlled pot life of 35–45 minutes at 25 °C, this system provides excellent working time for professional installers while maintaining strong mechanical performance once cured.

EP2515 is engineered to fully saturate felt and fibreglass liner bags, sleeves and carrier materials used in CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) applications. Once installed and cured, it forms a structural pipe-within-a-pipe lining that bonds directly to the host pipe, creating a seamless, joint-free internal surface.

The low-viscosity formulation ensures deep penetration into liner fabrics and complete wet-out through bends, junctions and lateral connections, reducing the risk of dry spots or weak points. After cure, the resin provides a smooth, corrosion-resistant internal bore that improves hydraulic flow and significantly extends the service life of damaged or ageing pipe networks.
