EpoxyPro EP8010 – Clear Pebble Flooring Binder Epoxy 2:1
A low-viscosity, UV-stable epoxy resin system designed to bind natural stone and pebble aggregates into seamless, durable, and permeable flooring systems. EP8010 is ideal for outdoor and indoor decorative surfaces where strength, drainage, and visual appeal are critical.

Technical Highlights
- Mix Ratio: 2 parts Resin : 1 part Hardener (by volume)
- Viscosity: Low (~807 cP) – ideal for saturating and binding stone aggregates
- Clarity: Crystal-clear finish with excellent UV stability to resist yellowing
- Bonding: Strong adhesion to concrete, stone, and mineral substrates
- Durability: Weather-resistant, moisture-tolerant, and temperature stable
- Working Time: ~25–35 minutes at 23 °C
- Cure Time: Light foot traffic in 24 hours; full mechanical strength in 48–72 hours
Non-Slip Additive Options
While EP8010 provides excellent binding and finish, slip resistance can be enhanced by broadcasting or mixing in various traction agents—especially in wet zones such as pool surrounds or sloped paths.
Suggested non-slip additives include:
- Crushed glass grit
- Aluminium oxide granules
- Silica sand (fine washed & dried)
- Polypropylene anti-slip flakes
- Carborundum (silicon carbide) grains
These materials can be broadcast onto the wet resin-stone surface before final curing or mixed into a clear sealing coat, depending on your desired texture and appearance.
