Whether you're glassing a new board or fixing dings and delamination, EP6510 and EP6520 deliver excellent clarity, bond strength, and UV durability — tailored for foam, fiberglass, and composite board builds.
EP6510 – Low-Viscosity Surfboard Laminating Epoxy
A crystal-clear, low-viscosity epoxy resin formulated for laminating surfboards and wetting out fiberglass cloth with ease. EP6510 flows smoothly, penetrates laminates thoroughly, and cures to a strong, flexible finish ideal for performance board construction.
Key Applications:
- Surfboard laminating (shortboards, longboards, custom foam cores)
- Glassing layers with fiberglass or carbon fibre
- Ding repair and skin sealing
- Use in EPS and PU foam board production
Technical Highlights:
- Viscosity: Low (~807 cP) – excellent wetting and flow

EP6520 – Mid-Viscosity Surfboard Filler & Repair Epoxy
A mid-viscosity epoxy resin designed for hot coat, filler, and repair applications on surfboards and watercraft. EP6520 provides more body and control than EP6510, making it ideal for sealing, filling cloth texture, and handling surface touch-ups.
