EpoxyPro EP4040 Epoxy Resin Colourants

EP4040 – Epoxy Resin Liquid Tinter – Concentrated Colourant (250ml):

A low-viscosity, high-strength liquid colourant designed for tinting clear epoxy resin systems.

• Solid / opaque finishes (higher dosage)

Formulated for easy dispersion and smooth blending into mixed epoxy.

Usage Instructions

Dosage:
Add up to 2% by weight of the total mixed epoxy system (resin + hardener combined).

Example:
1kg mixed epoxy = maximum 20g colourant.

1. Mix resin and hardener to the correct ratio first.
2. Add colourant gradually while mixing thoroughly.
3. Do not exceed 2%.

Note: Excessive colourant loading may affect cure performance, clarity, or heat characteristics — particularly in deep pours.
