Fast-Setting Epoxy Adhesive
Our 5-Minute Epoxy Adhesive is a clear, rapid-curing, two-part epoxy designed to create a strong, durable bond across a variety of surfaces.

How to Use – Tube Format:
- Ensure surfaces are clean and dry.
- Pierce each tube seal with the spike inside its cap.
- Dispense equal parts of both liquids onto a disposable surface and mix thoroughly.
- Apply the mixed adhesive to both surfaces and press them together.
- Avoid excessive strain on the bond for 30 minutes. Use tape or weights if needed.
- Maximum bond strength is achieved after 16 hours.
- Store with caps securely placed. Uncured adhesive can be cleaned with acetone.
How to Use – Syringe Format:
- Ensure surfaces are clean and dry.
- Remove the cap from the plunger and cut the sealed tips.
- Dispense equal parts onto a disposable surface and mix thoroughly.
- Apply the adhesive to both surfaces and press together.
- Secure the bond for 30 minutes; maximum strength is reached after 16 hours.
- Replace the cap after use. Clean up uncured adhesive with acetone.
Limitations:
- Not suitable for bonding Polyethylene or Polypropylene plastics.
- Bond strength weakens above 60°C but returns when cooled.
Handy Tips:
- Mix in small batches to extend working time.
- Always replace caps on the correct tubes to prevent hardening.
- To remove cured epoxy, mechanical scraping or sanding is recommended.
- Allow for extended bonding time in colder temperatures.
- For repositioning after curing, heat the item gradually to 150°C, then scrape and adjust as needed.
- Clamping enhances bond strength.
Cleanup:
- Uncured adhesive can be removed with acetone.
- Cured adhesive can be softened with heat for easier removal.
