The EpoxyPro EP90 Series is a crystal-clear, slow-curing epoxy system developed for film and television props, theatrical models, cosplay elements, and artistic shaping projects. With two tailored viscosities, EP9010 and EP9020 give you control and flexibility for everything from fine-detail casting to sculpting and layering.
Unlike deep-pour systems, the EP90 Series is designed for shaping, forming, and surface builds — perfect for prop makers and creatives needing clarity, strength, and precision over bulk casting.
EP9010 – Low-Viscosity Epoxy for Moulding & Fine Detail Props
EP9010 is a clear, low-viscosity epoxy resin ideal for fine detail moulds, brush-on layering, and forming lightweight parts. It flows smoothly into silicone moulds and textured surfaces while remaining workable long enough for shaping and manipulation.

- Moulding thin, flexible shapes or face-pour casts
- Brush-on or layered resin effects
- Embedding or coating intricate features
Key Features:
- Viscosity: ~800 cP – smooth flowing for fine details

EP9020 – Mid-Viscosity Epoxy for Shaping, Forming & Prop Repairs
EP9020 is a mid-viscosity epoxy resin designed for freehand shaping, edge forming, surface work, and prop repair. It gives more control than EP9010 for building layers, filling texture, or forming contours — making it ideal for non-sag brush applications and small structural shapes.
Best For:
- Building or shaping foam-backed props
- Surface reinforcement, edge building, or skin repair
- Filling voids, sanding, or modifying existing elements
- Layering small sculptural details

- Viscosity: ~8867 cP – controlled flow for sculpting and shaping

Both resins accept tints, pigments, and surface textures, and cure to a finish that can be drilled, sanded, painted, or polished, perfect for the creative and film industry professional.
