General Purpose Epoxy Resin ā Medium Viscosity | EP6010
EpoxyPro EP6010 is a versatile medium-viscosity 2:1 epoxy resin system designed for general bonding, coating, repair and maintenance applications.
Developed as the all-rounder of the EP60 General Purpose range, EP6010 provides a balance between flow and application control. It has enough body for bonding and filling applications while still flowing and wetting surfaces effectively, making it suitable for a wide range of workshop, trade, industrial and DIY projects.
EP6010 cures to form a strong, durable bond with excellent adhesion to properly prepared timber, fibreglass, composites, concrete, metals and other suitable substrates.
For applications requiring greater penetration and a thinner resin, choose EP6020 Low Viscosity General Purpose Epoxy. For applications requiring greater flexibility and tolerance to movement or vibration, choose EP6030 Flexible General Purpose Epoxy.

Surface preparation is important for maximum adhesion. Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from oil, grease, dust, loose material and other contaminants before application.
Mix Ratio & Application
Mix Ratio: 2 parts resin : 1 part hardener by volume
Accurately measure both components and mix thoroughly, scraping the sides and bottom of the mixing container to ensure a uniform mixture.
For filling gaps or producing a non-sagging repair compound, EP6010 can be combined with suitable epoxy fillers such as fumed silica or calcium carbonate depending on the application.
Which EP60 General Purpose Epoxy Should I Choose?
EP6020 ā Low Viscosity
Choose EP6020 when maximum flow, penetration and wetting are required. Ideal for coating, sealing, laminating and detailed applications.
EP6010 ā Medium Viscosity
Choose EP6010 for most general-purpose applications. It provides a good balance between flow and body for bonding, coating, filling and repairs.
EP6030 ā Flexible
Choose EP6030 when additional flexibility is required for applications involving movement, vibration or impact.
