Selecting the Right Product

We provide detailed product descriptions to help you make informed decisions. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order is missing an item or contains an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Packaging Variations: Because our products are sold by volume, receiving your correctly measured resin in a different bottle configuration than what is pictured on the website is not considered a defect, error, or "item not as described," and is therefore not eligible for a refund or free return on those grounds.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via email. At our discretion, we will either:

• Replace the product, which will be shipped within 48 hours via standard shipping.
• Issue a refund, which will be processed within 48 hours of approval.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind and wish to return a product:

• Contact us before sending it back to arrange the return.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Refunds (excluding shipping fees) will be processed once we receive the product in unopened, re-saleable condition.

Resin Shop is not responsible for loss or damage occurring in transit during the return process.
