TensorGrip TC49 is a professional-grade, high-tack, fine mist spray adhesive specifically developed for composite manufacturing and resin infusion moulding applications.

Designed to securely position and hold fibreglass, carbon fibre and technical reinforcement fabrics during lay-up, TC49 provides excellent initial tack while allowing accurate placement of materials before the resin infusion process begins.

Its fine mist spray pattern delivers controlled, even coverage, helping minimise adhesive build-up and reduce the risk of interference with resin flow during infusion.

Suitable for vacuum-assisted resin transfer moulding (VARTM) and other composite manufacturing processes, TensorGrip TC49 offers fast application, reliable fabric positioning and consistent performance.

Application Information

Ensure all reinforcement materials and mould surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, oil and contaminants.

Shake the aerosol thoroughly before use. Apply a light, even mist to the required surface, avoiding excessive adhesive build-up.

Allow approximately 30 seconds for the adhesive to flash off before positioning the reinforcement fabric.

Carefully place and secure the reinforcement material into the mould, ensuring correct alignment and contact with the underlying surface.

Continue the lay-up and resin infusion process in accordance with the resin manufacturer's recommendations.

For epoxy resin infusion, minimise adhesive application and conduct compatibility testing before full-scale production.
