EpoxyPro EP8510 is a premium, solvent-free, two-part clear epoxy resin engineered specifically for heavy-duty concrete flooring. Functioning as both a deep-penetrating primer and a high-gloss clear top coat, EP8510 delivers industrial-grade substrate adhesion, chemical resistance, and long-lasting mechanical durability for high-traffic floors.
Featuring a low-to-medium viscosity (~800 cP), this clear formula easily rolls out and penetrates porous concrete to seal out moisture and prevent dusting. It is the ideal clear basecoat for broadcast systems (flake, quartz) or as a standalone clear sealer for polished and grind-and-seal workshop aesthetics.

Anti-Slip & Traction Additive Compatibility
While EpoxyPro EP8510 cures to a smooth, high-gloss finish, it is fully compatible with broadcast or mix-in non-slip aggregates to meet commercial slip-rating requirements in wet or high-traffic zones. We recommend:
- Crushed Glass Grit / Recycled Glass (Excellent clarity when encapsulated)
- Aluminium Oxide Granules (Maximum industrial durability)
- Polymer Grit Flakes (Barefoot-friendly residential traction)
- Silica Sand (Washed & dried for heavy-duty broadcast)
Application Tip: Broadcast your chosen aggregate into the wet EP8510 basecoat, wait for it to cure, sweep off the excess, and lock it in with a final clear EP8510 topcoat.
Mix Ratio: 2 Parts Resin : 1 Part Hardener (by volume).
- 30L – 6 × 5L Bottles: Free freight. Ships cleanly as two cartons.
- 30L – Cube Pack (20L A + 10L B): Freight applies, no PO Box (20L cube is +22kg). Faster, cleaner pours.
- 60L – Cube Packs (40L A + 20L B): Freight applies, no PO Box. Best value for trade volume.
