Our Ultra-Strong Epoxy Adhesive is a premium two-part epoxy designed for superior adhesion across a wide range of surfaces. Capable of holding up to 150kg per cm², this high-strength adhesive is ideal for heavy-duty repairs and structural bonding.

How to Use – Tube Format:

1. Ensure surfaces are clean and dry.
2. Pierce each tube with the built-in spike.
3. Dispense equal parts onto a disposable surface and mix thoroughly. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, then mix again.
4. Apply the mixed adhesive to both surfaces and press them together.
5. Avoid stress on the bond for 6-8 hours. Maximum strength is reached in 24-72 hours.
6. Clean uncured adhesive with acetone (nail polish remover).

How to Use – Syringe Format:

1. Prepare and clean surfaces.
2. Remove the cap and cut the sealed tips.
3. Dispense equal amounts onto a disposable surface and mix thoroughly, waiting 5-10 minutes before applying.
4. Apply mixed epoxy to both surfaces and press together.
5. Allow 6-8 hours for initial bonding; full cure in 24-72 hours.
6. Replace cap for storage and clean excess with acetone.

Handy Tips:

• Extend Working Time – Mix in small batches to slow curing.
• Prevent Nozzle Blockage – Wipe excess glue and close caps securely after use.
• Removing Cured Epoxy – Use mechanical scraping or sanding, as solvents won’t dissolve the bond.
• Cold Weather Application – Allow for longer curing times in cooler conditions.
• Heat-Assisted Repositioning – Heat to 150°C to soften and adjust the bond (ensure material is heat-resistant).

Cleanup & Storage:

• Uncured epoxy can be cleaned with acetone.
• Cured epoxy can be softened with heat for easier removal.
