EpoxyPro EP2015 is a trade-grade, low-viscosity (~807 cP) epoxy resin engineered for precision potting of fine electronics and electrical assemblies. Formulated for superior flow characteristics, it penetrates micro-cavities effortlessly, making it ideal for encapsulating microelectronics, sensors, delicate PCBs, and cable joints with minimal air bubble entrapment.
Tested to UL94 V-1 flame retardant standards, EP2015 delivers reliable thermal dissipation, high dielectric strength, and robust protection against moisture, dust, continuous vibration, and environmental stress.
