EpoxyPro EP2020 is a heavy-duty, high-viscosity (~13,667 cP) amber-tinted epoxy resin system engineered for demanding electrical encapsulation, transformer potting, and structural insulation where raw mechanical durability is critical.
Featuring an extended pot life of 60 to 80 minutes, EP2020 allows for deep casting and bulk potting without thermal runaway or excessive exotherm heat build-up. It delivers high dielectric strength (24 kV/mm) and exceptional resistance to continuous vibration, thermal cycling, moisture, and chemical exposure—making it the ideal choice for transformers, motor windings, power supplies, and industrial switchgear.
