EpoxyPro EP2520 is a heavy-duty, high-viscosity 2:1 structural epoxy resin system engineered specifically for vertical pipe repairs, heavy-build CIPP reinforcement, manhole rehabilitation, and severe-service plumbing maintenance. Formulated as an amber-base resin with a heavy mixed body (~13,667 cP), EP2520 delivers maximum non-sag build on vertical and overhead pipe walls without slumping.
Engineered as a 100% solids formulation with minimal volumetric shrinkage (≤0.1%), EP2520 maintains full dimensional stability under physical load, pressure, and thermal expansion. It features a continuous service temperature rating up to 95°C, making it the preferred high-strength structural repair system for hot-water, steam, trade waste, and aggressive chemical pipelines.
