EpoxyPro EP2520 is a high-viscosity, 100% solids amber epoxy system formulated for heavy-duty plumbing, pipe repair, structural reinforcement and pipe rehabilitation applications. Its high-build consistency provides excellent gap filling and controlled application, making it particularly suitable where a low-viscosity resin would drain, run or slump.
EP2520 is ideal for reinforcing damaged pipe sections, filling cracks and voids, sealing joints and junctions, and carrying out localised structural repairs. Its higher viscosity also makes it well suited to vertical and overhead applications, where greater resin build and application control are required.
For applications requiring additional non-sag performance, EP2520 can be thickened with FS200 Fumed Silica to produce a heavier-bodied repair compound for filling larger gaps, rebuilding damaged areas and carrying out vertical or overhead repairs.
Once cured, EP2520 forms a strong, durable and moisture-resistant epoxy barrier with excellent mechanical strength and resistance to demanding plumbing and drainage environments.
