Flexible General Purpose Epoxy Resin | EP6030
EpoxyPro EP6030 is a flexible 2:1 general purpose epoxy resin system designed for bonding, coating and repair applications where greater flexibility is required than a conventional rigid epoxy system.
As the flexible option in the EP60 General Purpose range, EP6030 is particularly suited to applications exposed to movement, vibration, impact or changes between different substrates. Its more flexible cured properties help accommodate movement while maintaining strong adhesion and a durable protective bond.
EP6030 is suitable for timber, fibreglass, composites, metals and other properly prepared substrates where a less rigid epoxy system is preferred.
For maximum flow and penetration, choose EP6020 Low Viscosity General Purpose Epoxy. For general bonding, filling and repairs where a standard medium-viscosity epoxy is required, choose EP6010 Medium Viscosity General Purpose Epoxy.

Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from oil, grease, dust, loose material and other contaminants before application.
Mix Ratio & Application
Mix Ratio: 2 parts resin : 1 part hardener by volume
Accurately measure both components and mix thoroughly, scraping the sides and bottom of the mixing container to ensure a uniform mixture.
Where additional body or non-sag properties are required, EP6030 can be combined with a suitable epoxy filler, provided the filler is appropriate for the intended application.
Which EP60 General Purpose Epoxy Should I Choose?
EP6020 – Low Viscosity
Choose EP6020 when maximum flow, penetration and wetting are required. Ideal for coating, sealing, laminating and detailed applications.
EP6010 – Medium Viscosity
Choose EP6010 for most general-purpose applications where a balance between flow and application control is required for bonding, coating, filling and repairs.
EP6030 – Flexible
Choose EP6030 when greater flexibility is required for applications involving movement, vibration or impact.
