EpoxyPro EP6030 – Heavy-Duty Structural Epoxy
EpoxyPro EP6030 is a heavy-duty 100:50 epoxy resin system designed for demanding bonding, sealing, and rebuild work.
It delivers exceptional adhesion, chemical resistance, and long-term mechanical strength across a wide range of materials. With a longer pot life and durable, water-resistant cure, EP6030 is ideal for construction, marine, and industrial applications were performance and reliability matter most.

Mixing & Cure
- Mix ratio: 2 parts A (Resin): 1 parts B (Hardener) by weight.
- Pot life: ~60–80 minutes @ 25 °C (100 g mass).
- Cure time: Touch-dry ≈ 18–24 h · Handle ≈ 24–48 h · Full cure ≈ 72 h @ 25 °C.
- Finish: Clear-to-amber, hard, and high-gloss surface.
