EpoxyPro EP7020 is a heavy-duty, high-viscosity clear epoxy resin system engineered specifically for vertical pool walls, waterline tile sealing, spa steps, and high-build protective resurfacing. Designed for demanding aquatic environments, EP7020 creates a thick, durable barrier that stays in place on sloped or vertical surfaces without sagging or running down the wall.
Featuring an increased film body (~8,800 cP), EP7020 delivers exceptional build thickness per coat, bridging minor surface irregularities and sealing worn concrete render, tile grout lines, and fibreglass linings. It cures to a tough, chemical-resistant shield that resists continuous immersion in salt water, chlorinated pool water, and aggressive sanitizing chemicals.

Application & Non-Slip Additive Compatibility
For optimum performance, all surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned, acid-etched or mechanically abraded, and completely dry prior to application. While EP7020 cures to a glossy, high-build finish, non-slip aggregates should be incorporated on steps, ledges, and entry ramps for swimmer safety. Recommended additives include:
- Polymer Anti-Slip Flakes (Barefoot-friendly texture ideal for spa steps and pool ledges)
- Crushed Glass Grit (Transparent traction aggregate that preserves underlying colors)
- Aluminium Oxide Granules / Silica Sand (Heavy-duty non-slip broadcast for commercial splash zones)
Mix Ratio: 2 Parts Resin : 1 Part Hardener (by volume).
- 30L – 6 × 5L Bottles: Free freight. Ships cleanly as two cartons.
