EP7020 – High-Build Protective Epoxy
A clear, high-viscosity epoxy resin designed for vertical surfaces, patch repairs, and areas needing increased build or strength. EP7020 creates a thick, durable barrier that resists harsh aquatic conditions.
Key Applications:
- Pool wall repairs and waterline sealing
- Spa step or bench resurfacing
- High-build coatings over uneven or damaged areas
Technical Highlights:
- Viscosity: ~8,800 cP – excellent film build and vertical hold
- Sag Resistance: Minimal slump even on vertical or sloped surfaces
- Finish: Clear – thicker appearance may look amber in bulk
- Durability: Strong resistance to chemicals, salt, abrasion, and immersion
- Mix Ratio: 2 parts Resin: 1 part Hardener
- Cure Time: Light traffic in 24–36 hours; full cure in 72 hours
Application Notes:
- Compatible with tinter and fumed silica for colour and texture control
- Surface must be clean, etched, and dry before application
- Apply with roller, brush, or squeegee depending on surface and viscosity
- Optional additives for anti-slip: crushed glass grit, silica sand, aluminium oxide (not supplied)
- 30L – 6 × 5L bottles — Free freight. Ships as two cartons.
- 30L – Cube pack (20L A + 10L B) — Freight applies, no PO Box (20L cube is +22kg). Faster, cleaner pours.
- 60L – Cube packs (40L A + 20L B) — Freight applies, no PO Box. Best for trade volume.
