EpoxyPro EP7030 – High-Viscosity Structural Pool Epoxy (2:1)
- Appearance: Amber to light honey translucent paste
- Viscosity: High (approx. 15,000 – 25,000 cP)
- Cure: Tack-free 4–6 hrs @ 25 °C | Full cure 5–7 days
EpoxyPro EP7030 is a high-viscosity 2:1 epoxy system formulated for structural bonding, vertical and overhead repair, and underwater sealing in concrete or fibreglass pools. Its heavy-body consistency prevents sagging on vertical surfaces, allowing precise build-up on steps, edges and fittings. Once cured, it forms a hard, chemical-resistant, waterproof barrier with excellent adhesion to concrete, tile and composite surfaces.
Sand or fine silica can be added to make the mix thixotropic for very thick applications such as edge rebuilding, patching, or gap filling.
