H.B. Fuller SN855 is a professional-grade silicone conformal coating designed to protect printed circuit boards, electronic assemblies and sensitive electrical components from environmental exposure.
SN855 combines excellent weather resistance and dielectric properties with a flexible silicone coating. It is also reworkable, making it particularly suitable for electronics where future inspection, repair or component replacement may be required.

Application
SN855's 500 cP viscosity allows the material to flow over and around PCB components to provide a consistent protective coating. It can be applied by spraying, making it suitable for individual assemblies and production applications.
At 25°C, the coating has a typical tack-free time of approximately 15 minutes, with full cure reached in approximately 48 hours.
