EpoxyPro EP8520 is a heavy-duty, pre-pigmented solid black two-part epoxy resin system engineered for concrete priming, sealing, and resurfacing. Combining the deep-penetrating performance of a self-priming base coat with a rich, opaque black color, EP8520 eliminates the hassle of measuring and mixing separate tint pastes on site.
Formulated with a low-to-medium viscosity (~800 cP), EP8520 rolls out effortlessly to penetrate concrete pores, lock down surface dusting, and create a durable, chemical-resistant finish. It is ideal as a standalone opaque black coating for automotive workshops and modern mechanical bays, or as a rich contrast basecoat for flake and anti-slip flooring systems.

Anti-Slip & Traction Additive Compatibility
Glossy black epoxy floors can become slick when exposed to oils or water. EP8520 is fully compatible with broadcast or mix-in non-slip aggregates to meet commercial safety ratings without diluting the black color depth. Recommended additives include:
- Aluminium Oxide Granules (Maximum industrial wear and heavy vehicle traction)
- Polymer Grit Flakes (Barefoot-friendly traction for residential garages and showrooms)
- Silica Sand (Washed & dried aggregate for full broadcast lock-in)
Mix Ratio: 2 Parts Resin : 1 Part Hardener (by volume).
- 30L – 6 × 5L Bottles: Free freight. Ships cleanly as two cartons.
- 30L – Cube Pack (20L A + 10L B): Freight applies, no PO Box (20L cube is +22kg). Faster, cleaner pours.
- 60L – Cube Packs (40L A + 20L B): Freight applies, no PO Box. Best value for trade volume.
