Formulated with a low-to-medium viscosity (~800 cP), EP8540 rolls out smoothly across porous concrete slabs, locking down surface dust and sealing out moisture, oils, and chemical spills. Anti-Slip & Traction Additive Compatibility
Solid grey epoxy floors can become slick when exposed to oils or water. EP8540 is fully compatible with broadcast or mix-in non-slip aggregates to maintain commercial safety ratings in wet or high-traffic zones. Recommended additives include:
- Aluminium Oxide Granules (Maximum industrial wear resistance and heavy vehicle traction)
- Polymer Grit Flakes (Barefoot-friendly non-slip finish for residential garages and commercial spaces)
- Silica Sand (Washed & dried aggregate for full-broadcast non-slip industrial floors)
Mix Ratio: 2 Parts Resin : 1 Part Hardener (by volume).
- 30L – 6 × 5L Bottles: Free freight. Ships cleanly as two cartons.
- 30L – Cube Pack (20L A + 10L B): Freight applies, no PO Box (20L cube is +22kg). Faster, cleaner pours.
- 60L – Cube Packs (40L A + 20L B): Freight applies, no PO Box. Best value for trade volume.
